All payments made are directly to PayPal. We do not hold or see at any time any of your card details. PayPal security information can be seen here. When purchasing via Paypal you are responsible for including correct delivery information when completing the payment details. We cannot accept any responsibility for missing or incorrest information.
Any Personal Information you give us will be used only for processing your orders and, if you agree, to let you know of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. If you want to stop us contacting you – simply email us and we’ll remove you from our database immediately.
We're keen to comply with the UK Data Protection legislation. We will never release your Personal Information to any other company for any reason.

Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of despatch sent to the email account provided by you. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced up incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Snobbies through this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Snobbies on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Snobbies will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.
Quality
Every item of jewellery in Snobbies collection has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality. See Our Gaurantee.
Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.
Making A Purchase
- You will receive notification of despatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Snobbies will arrange for an exchange. Snobbies decision is final.
Refunds
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original PayPal account less PayPal fees incurred by us usually within 14 working days.
Special Orders
Please be aware that any item marked as Special Order or any item that is ordered especially for you will be charged on order and will not be able to be returned for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Extended Period at Xmas
Any purchase intended as a gift at Xmas can be exchanged/credited up to the 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.
